how long QT for new fish...before U put it to display tank ?

hey people..

 

question is.. bought new fish.. clown.. put it to QT (now it is there about 3 days) ... just do not want risk again ick in my display tank - took me 7 weeks running display tank without any fish so now after I put back my fist clown ..everything seems to be good.. but the question was..with my NEW clwon (second one).. how long I have to keep it in QT before I switch it to display tank... just to be sure there is no illness on it.. any idea.. advice.. thank U..

 

ps. second clwon was not introduced to the LFS tanks.. cause when I got it it was "fresh shipped" to the LFS that day and still in plastic bag.. so no cantact with LFS water..

The longer the better. At least 30 days. Was this fish tank raised or wild caught. If it's tank raised it's probably got something, it it's wild caught is definitely got something!
