thePenguin Posted January 31, 2003 Share Posted January 31, 2003 i have a couple of questions about featherdusters: 1) a whole bunch of little ones came on some of my liverock and the LFS told me they were some sort of miniature variety that only got up to about an inch across, some of them have gotten to about an inch and a half (feather span) how can i tell by looking at them which species they are? 2) is it ok to pull em up out of the sand and plop em down in another part of the tank, or will it break or injure them?? Squishie Posted February 3, 2003 Share Posted February 3, 2003 If they are in the sand then yes you can move them. just gently pull them out of the sand but leave them if you encounter much resistance. However if they are attached to your LR then imo it would be best to let them stay wehre they are at Link to comment
