shivametimbas Posted February 16, 2006 Author Share Posted February 16, 2006 we usually flood every year. at least once. hurricanes katrina and rita did a bit of wind damage. quite a few trees blown over. most of the land around there is swamp. i dont think swamps get too much flood damage. the land is used to it. tis fresh water. the water is a bit low right now. when it comes up i am gonna go down a sloo(sp?) and take some pics from deep in the swamp. gators will be comin out soon if it stays as warm as its been lately. should be able to get some good pics of em.
