2.5 gallon enough romm for clown goby?

i am planing on setting up a salt 2.5 gallon. it will hold 3 lbs of live rock, zoanthid frags, and maybe a clown goby. if i were to go with this setup what would be a good water change amount each week?

I do half gallon. I purchase real salt water from catalina. no mixing for me, so it is almost to easy.
