The_Rocket
I got a cleaner shrimp 2 days ago from a good lfs in town. when i put him in the tank he went strait to a overhang in my lr and has been hanging there upsidedown ever since. is it normal for them to be inactive like that? Yes he is still alive. Link to comment

MacnReef
Good, glad you found it yer self. But, they do hang upside down a lot. I am not sure why, but mine is always upside down in a cave. Also, you will find that when you put your hand in the water, he will climb on it and try to pick off parasites. Pretty cool! Link to comment

MacnReef
dead skin tissue. Ohh, I was told parasites. Link to comment
HuBu
it picks at your skin. trying to find parasite. but mostlikely, you dont have any parasites on your hand, so what its actually doing is scrapping off dead tissue. Link to comment
