20L lighting

I'm upgrading to a 20L tank and I need some lighting...what is good with out spending too much money? Thinking about either:

probably just fish with some easy coral nothing too extreme..and money is a factor. Any other suggestions or will one of these work?

I have a 20L reef setup and i use the coralife aqualife and it works great. As you can see in my pictures i have great corralien or however you spell it lol. And my glass on the other sides are getting covered as well. My zoos are doing good and my new frogspawn that i just got not in the pictures yet is doing awesome. Its not that expensive and works great. and oh yea the night lights makes the tank look awesome at night. Hope this helps.
