shag26272 Posted January 13, 2006 Share Posted January 13, 2006 PH,Nitrates,Ammonia,Phosphates thats all I really test for, also a refractometer or hydrometer if you dont have one. After i set up my tank a couple months and start to get any hard corals I test for calcium also. Link to comment
MarineManiac Posted January 13, 2006 Share Posted January 13, 2006 i'd get a pH meter, refractorometer for salinity. i wouldn't get NH3 or NO2. after your tank cycles there not much concern. i'd get NO3 though. maybe calcium if you got corals. phosphate why?? Link to comment
