TiGs
Hey all, I noticed a pile of snail droppings in the tanks dead zones and wondering is there any critters that is reef-safe that will eat snails poop? If not, i'm just gonna get a turkey baster and suck the crap out. Link to comment

Korbin
Yeah, algae eats snail poop. If you found, say, some sort of worm that eats snail poop, pretty soon your tank would be full of worm poop and you would be asking if theres a snail that eats worm poop. Link to comment

Dave ESPI
If you are running a small tank <10gal I'd suggest siphoning the poo out when possible. less detritus and recirculating nutrients in the tank, the better it will be in the long run. Some worms and pods and other snails, crabs and even some corals will eat it as well as tangs and scats. It isn't a major thing. it will be if your export of waste is less than that which is produced. hth. Link to comment
