wtt xbox (orginal) for 150w+ halide system

I'm looking to trade my v1.6 xbox for 150w DE or 250w SE/DE with pendent. the 250w se can be a retro. the ballast for the 150w de has to be electronic (want it to match my current). It doesn't not matter for the 250w.

 

the xbox will come with one controller, tv adapter, power adapter, and a 40gig harddrive. I can leave it unmodded or mod it to run any dashboard you would like. It needs to be modded in order to use the 40gig HD. It is currently not modded and has never been open.

or 250w electronic ballast for just the system w/out the harddrive. I'll softmod still. You can also pick up in San Diego or Irvine.
