hendyags
I have a nanoreef before but then was moved from workdesk to my dormroom. Its condition never been good again after the moving. I got frustrated. So when I saw a 'pico' tank at the LFS I decided to buy it for a picoreef which could be hidden below my workdesk. Its dimension is 35.5(L) X 19.5(W) X 22(D) cm, about 4 gallon. So here is my 4G picoreef on its Day-30 with the following water parameters : pH: 8.1 Alkalinity : 3 meq/l (x 2.8 = 8.4 dKH) Nitrite : 0.0 Nitrate : 5 mg/l Phospate : 3 mg/l Salinity : 1.024 g/cm3 Calcium : 400 mg/l Magnesium : 1000 mg/l Temp : 80-82 F Filtration / water flow : A HOB filter (filled with crushed coral + Caulerpa) Lighting : 20W NO Fluorescent Philips Actinic 03 (07.00 AM - 06.00 PM) 10W NO Fluorescent Unknown Brand Daylight (10.00 AM - 04.00 PM) Maintenance / Feeding : Daily, top-off using bottled drinking water Water change (not yet) Weekly, using Sera Coraliquid and chopped frozen squid Ok all, that's for now. Thanks for your time. Regards, hendy Link to comment
