HELP! Black SPOTS ON clown!

i woke up this morning and I found these black patches on my clown!!! =( Are they sick??? the water parm are good.. there seems to be no heavy breathing or loss of appetite, in fact they look like they have been starving everytimg i feed them a couple of flakes... I'm really worried can anyone help?

 

I had these clown for almost a year now, and it's the first time I've seen this happen. I have xenias in the tank, but no anemone.

Had the same concern myself. Got info from my club: clown's black spots. Short answer is that it's most likely melanism from contact with one of your corals. HTH
