Foogoo
Not really sure what it is but have you tried blowing it off with a turkey baster? Whats your water params? Link to comment
donk
Have'nt tried blowing it off yet, I will. Water is @ 79 Degrees, Alk is in normal parameter(the card I use just says high, low, normal), Ammonia is between 0 & 0.25, pH is @8.2, nitrate is @ 0, nitrite is between 0 & 0.05. Link to comment
technoshaman
You mentioned in another post below about problems or concerns about your brain coral. IME the trachyphylia I have produces a mucus net periodically that has a very slimy thick consistency and is mostly transluscent. It is gooey enough to get blown around the tank and will stick easily to rockwork given a chance. Small bits of sand and detritus can become trapped in it. I usually try and remove it with a net if it's semi loose , it seems to freak out my shrimp and serpent stars when they blunder into it. Link to comment
Korbin
I have no idea what the white thing is. Sponge? But I just wanted to say: Nice zoo rock! Do you have any others like that? Any pics? Link to comment
