FYI I think that whatever the puffer is it's a good chance it's a 'Jakarta' puffer which would indicate it's from that region in Indonesia. The gobies might be a regional name for either the yellow clown goby or maybe the yellow watchman, both have a saffron-y yellow coloration. My suggestion if you really want to know is get a picture and search the net or figure out some of the physical characteristics and check www.fishbase.org .
