cenzo
I lost my alkalinity info on how to use it can anyone help I think its sea test the one with the droper. Link to comment
Satchmo
Do you mean Seachem? They all have droppers, so that doesn't really narrow it down. If it's Seachem, add single drops of the reagent, mixing after each, until the color changes. Your alk is 0.5meq/L x number of drops needed. Link to comment
cenzo
Yes this is the test kit. each drop stands for? and what should my alk be? Link to comment
Satchmo
OK bud, let me walk you through this one more time. Number of drops needed to cause a color change multiplied by 0.5 will give you your alkalinity expressed in meq/L. An alk of 4 - 4.5meq/L is good. Link to comment
