quiksilver5768
I was just wondering how much kalk you all would recommend dosing over a 40 gal tank. I know that the amount dosed depends on the amount of corals and what type of corals will use up the calcium more but still, I would just like to know that basic minimum or starting rate so that I can get it going and check my calc levels to see what adjusting needs to happen. If you all would just give me some type of starting rate of drops/per minute or something like that. Thanks Link to comment
Dave ESPI
one drop per second enough to last 10 minutes. Let water adjust, test in 2 hours. if not enough, drip another 10 min. then test and get aprozximation if ammount needed and then try to adjust an EXACT known volume (mark the levels on the container after you dose, and then measure how much liquid you have to re add to get that level), and that is your dose.
