tyh
can i use a 27w blue PC light (17000k i think) and a 13 watt PC white light (9000k) for my 7 gal nano? This makes more than 5w/gal....can i grow LPS like torches and hammers? Or is the blue too strong and the white too weak? cheers. Link to comment
Rock Anemone
I'd go with 1-32 watt CSL PC. They are really nice and it's one of the most recomended. I've seen a few people keep LPS under it as well and a few SPS frags. I know Gilman has a frogspawn frag thriving in his 7 gallon and he just recently put in an SPS to see what happens. Hope This Helps! Rock Anemone:D Link to comment

Rock Anemone
Are you sure you're gonna like all that blue? Yeah, it should be sufficient enough. Link to comment

Rock Anemone
I believe corals like more of actinic lighting. You should be fine. Rock Anemone:D Link to comment
