What is this comming out of my mushroom?

Hi I wondered if anyone knows what this substance is comming out of the mushroom, after a while it was withdrawn back into the mushroom.

It looks like the mushrooms guts. The only time I saw that come out of my mushrooms is when I cut one in half.

It's the mushroom's insides. Mushrooms only do that when they're seriously ####ed. Try not to handle it as much and make sure the inhabitants in your tank aren't messing with it either.
