4251c Posted September 9, 2005 Share Posted September 9, 2005 Went to the LFS got the 12DX, they told me not to buy a heater, thermo, test kits. They recommended the hydro, Arag-Alive substrate (20lbs)and a couple 'o pound figi live rock. Bought their premix water with reef crystals (extra 2.00 total). I took a hydro reading of 1.025 SG...opinions? Other question I have for you salts out there, should I leave the lights on 24/7? I assume the slight cloudiness will disappear during the cycle? Any other tips and clues would be whole heartedly welcomed. Link to comment
