randygsx
I've been messing around with my lighting schedule and decided to go with a 1pm - 11pm photoperiod for my tank. Here's the graph of the temps, I'm very impressed at how well the tank is keeping cool with the Southern California Summer in addition to the Metal Halide system! This is is comparison to my previous setup which had a much longer photoperiod: ~randy Link to comment
ccjung
Wow, thats some nice numbers. That means on average, including the heat of the day/lights, the net power into the system is about 7w. Chris Link to comment
randygsx
No idea on what the net power is but the tank is definately keeping a stable temperature range. Corals are happy and when corals are happy, randy is happy Thanks for the great setup Chris. You and the nanocustoms guys do awesome work. ~randy Link to comment
