rbaby Posted September 8, 2005 Share Posted September 8, 2005 Let your water test kits tell you when...it generally takes a month if you start with live rock and live sand. But when you start seeing levels of nitrates and 0 ammonia and nitrites--your cycle is pretty much done. Just keep in mind if you water parameters are "perfect" in the next coming days/weeks, it's not because your tank is perfect now, it's because your cycle probably hasn't started . Link to comment
