Worms

They are in my live rock. They extend there bodys out of the rock but never completly come out. They are white, smooth, very thin in apperance. Anyone have any idaes?

Yup, nice little reef-safe fellas. (Though, technically, Medusa worms are another species altogether.)

DeeZeal... The worms I have look like the worms in the link. However the ones in my tank are individuals coming out of the crevices in my live rock, not in the sand bed.

aka medussa worms. AND they can grab small peices of live rockand pull them where they want them. They are definately undereated in strength. Thie rtenticles are like those sticky frog tounges you used to get in vending machines! LOL!

I saw something like that in ly tank the other day, with the tentacles out, they were a few inches long, but the part of the worm I saw was fairly small, about 1/3 inch
