Yellow Polyps

I just got these yesterday from LFS.

Keep them away from everything else.

 

unless ofcourse, you want them to infest everything else.

then by all means, move them closer.

 

That shot would have looked better without the flash.

Of course it would have, but this was the best I had at the time.

he means that they will spread and take over your/over grow other corals...thats why you should keep them away

he is talking about them being a royal pain in the @$$ i had to kill mine off. did you know yellow polyps can walk? i watched one of mine slowly make it's way to the edge of a rock and stretch out towards my torch. it got it's hold onto it, and i knew then they had to go. i think they are somewhat pretty, but i stabbed them all and scraped them all off of my rocks. they can and will overtake most corals. watch out if you plan on any sps in the future
