doublea
Tank has been up a week... Is this some kind of anenome? Should I get rid of it, and if so......how ? What....is this worm, and is it bad? Advice please! I'm pretty sure this is a "duh," but this is my first tank and want to make sure -- feather duster, right? Sponges? The Plants (alge?) -- good or bad? Thanks everyone! Link to comment

Caesar777
Yup... * Aiptasia (bad nuisance anemone that stings corals, reproduces quickly, ditto on the )... * bristle worm in pics 2 & 3 (beneficial detritivore, harmless)... * red macro and featherduster (both fine) * lots of things like sponges, tunicates, dusters, etc. in the next pic * "red kelp" (not sure if it's actually kelp, but it's a macroalgae, and it's fine to have. Prune as desired, not a super-fast grower nor poisonous.)... Link to comment
