Hermit Crab and Turbo Snail just DIED...help

one of my hermits and my large turbo snail just croaked.

should i be worried?

is this an indicator of anything specific?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there food for them to eat? That can happen, them dyin, if there's a shortage of food, turbo snails are lawnmowers.

 

I'd check that...oh did you test water parameters too? worth a shot..

Possibly Copper, probably salinity problem...need to get some tests done on your tank, if they all come out good it prolly is a lack of food.
