combing two tanks

presently i am considering combining my two reefs into 1 reef. I have a 20gl and a 10gl. The only corals I have are 2 small shrooms and a small bunch of brown polyps.

The 10 has 2 true percs, some crabs, snails, 1 cleaner shrimp and 1 peppermint shrimp. 13 pounds of live rock and 10 pound sof live sand

the 20 has a baggai cardinal, a blue devil damsel, a bi-color pseudo, 1 cleaner shrimp, snails, crabs and 27 lbs of live rock and 25 pounds of live sand.

First of all, could my creatures live happily togther considering their species, and secondly what would be the smallest tank size that would work for them all to be under 1 roof. I need to consider bio-load. i woudl consider removing the bi-color all togther since it is a bully to the other tank inhabitants.

I am forced to consider keeping only 1 reef as we have done some work on the house and room configs have changed.

thanks for your help.
