Jermz79 Posted August 16, 2005 Author Share Posted August 16, 2005 Yeah the little resistor is toast, but it didn't melt the wires it was connected to ... very strange! I did the dirty deed and plugged it back in for a few last night so my poor little zoo's could get some light ... the fans are still spinning and when I shut it off the moonlights were actualy on just REAL dim!!! I really don't know what the heck happened, but whatever it was wasn't good. It wasn't a real big fire, just a pop fizz little spark and then crazy SMOKE!!!! Regardless I contacted JBJ and they are willing to replce it, BUT I may send it off to CC from nancustoms and have him throw the dual ballast mod on it for me, since I already have a replacement being delivered today!!!!
