Sahin Posted June 1, 2002 Share Posted June 1, 2002 Yes, I have a chiton. They are harmless algae eaters. Hehehe. My on came on one of my LR's. It comes out at night and grazes the surface of the rocks for algae etc. I dont know where it goes during the day. flaunt Posted June 2, 2002 Share Posted June 2, 2002 chiton's are cool. i had one awhile ago (don't know what happened to it) that used to stay on one particular piece of rock, and would ONLY show itself at night. and even then it just looked like a lump on the rock with grooves, because it took on the color of the rock itself! i was amazed at that creature, even though he moved about 1 inch per hour and was barely noticeable. i only knew he was there because i look at my aquarium way too much Link to comment
