steelhealr
Hi...I became enthused with bobioden's fromia thread and found one on sale at the lfs. Grabbed it and took it home. Took some pix. On liveaquaria.com, they describe two species, a red and black and red one. Although the pictures look similar, the description varies a bit. Can anyone out there confirm the ID..is this indeed a fromia? If it is, it appears to be the red and black variety. I have my doubts on this one and I'd bring it back if it is not a fromia and/or reefsafe. Thanks. SH Link to comment
steelhealr
Hi..I was able to identify this species as Fromia Indica, or, Indian Sea Star or Red and Black Sea Star. It is reef safe and although NOT a milleporella, I will give it a shot and see how it does. SH Link to comment
