Clownfish with white string attached

I woke up today and, overnight, my false clown developed a white string hanging from its belly. I have heard of this before but cant seem to find the information now. I did a midnight feeding mainly for my new cleaner shrimp. Both the shrimp and clown ate the omvi frozen food i feed them last night.

 

What do i do? I was planning to do a 20% water change when i got home.
