What am I??

I am hitchhiking on a Xenia stalk. I am in a kind of spiral shape, and I retreat into my casing when I am spooked. I'm sorry I can't get a better picture, but does anyone recognize what I might be?

Looks like a X-mas worm. X-mas worms are good.

...or some kind of "featherduster" worm. Either way, harmless, and close to fully-grown if not already. (Not a coco worm, as sometimes people may think. )

Again, it's not a coco worm--it's a tiny, similar-looking species.

Yeah...And the likelihood of it being a coco worm is miniscule. Besides, their crowns don't even look like that--they're somewhat of a very tight SPIRAL.
