Tballa - The lighting was done like this: 70W Aromat ballast from Ebay ($55 I think?) 6.25" reflector from Hellolights ($7) DE holder from Hellolights ($13) Bulb ($60-90 depending on brand) Grounded Plug from Hellolights ($6) The PC's were the guts of my old book worm lights, but you could get some ballasts, holders and bulbs from hellolights super cheap (under $50), or just go with a 20k bulb.
