BigE22
I just found this and I have no idea what it is. It looks like a worm, but it seems to telescope out of the live rock rather than crawl out. It has some type of mouth with hairy pieces surrounding it that is exposed when fully telescoped. It also never completely left the rock. I observed it with the lights on. Any help would be appreciated, also please let me know if it is good or bad. Link to comment

Six
I dont think its a peanut worm. peanuts are sand dwellers and you'd never see them. that looks like a medusa worm http://www.advancedaquarist.com/issues/nov...2002/invert.htm which is related to starfish. cucumbers, and urchins. they eat detritus.
