Picked this up from a coworker and spent a few hours (8 or so with some every week since the pics in June) depesting it (Aipstasia-still have a few left for peppermints and flatworms that are now gone) and cleaning the glass etc. A few scratches here and there but nothing too bad. Came with some good things and I added a few as well before shots were taken (some zoa's opened immediately and some are taking their time ). Also added a surface skimmer to get rid of the surface scum.

I've changed a couple things around (hermits like to knock the hammer around) since the pics but otherwise I'm leaving this one as is. I need to add a frag or two of hydnophora to the tank as the xenia has crept down to start growing on the bottom rocks behind the zoa's. Not an issue now but it's a weed so best to keep it in check.

Are those orange/gold things on the rock mushrooms? What ever they are, they are gorgeous.

Ah they are Zoanthids (slow growing ones at that lol).

My old ALIFE & a spare ALIFE are both in a storage shed in my back yard.

Any one need a slightly (OK maybe heavily) abused ALIFE 7?
