How do you post a pic in a post?

Hi I wanted to show you all my tank.I would really like to post a pic, if you know how can you go thru the steps, i want you to be able to see my tank.

directly under the section that you type (the big white box) it says "insert an image from your computer into your post". click on that and browse for you rpic. that is all
