gats Posted July 4, 2005 Share Posted July 4, 2005 On the back of the bottle of Kent's Garlic Xtreme, it says you can add drops directly to the tank. Can anyone tell me just how often I need to do this?? Do I add drops whenever I feed them, which is every other day. I plan on soaking their food, too. Is this overkill?? Has anyone else had success in treating their fish for Ich with just garlic?? Thanks everyone! Link to comment
Ihaveafish Posted July 8, 2005 Share Posted July 8, 2005 I've been adding it to the food for about three weeks now. Haven't seen a spot since the second day.. I would be careful about doing both. If you've used it, you know that stuffis STRONG! However, I have slipped and put a couple of extra drops a couple of times and it hasn't seemed to hurt anything... Link to comment

gats Posted July 8, 2005 Author Share Posted July 8, 2005 Gramma is on her last leg this morning. Goby seems to not have Ich, no appearance of Ich whatsoever on Goby. Could this be some other type of disease on the Gramma? Live and learn. Putting garlic oil on food has not seemed to help the Gramma. Link to comment
