Metznreef Posted December 1, 2002 Share Posted December 1, 2002 well, over the thanksgiving holiday, i went to florida on vacation. i left my nano in the care of a neighbor (well if you call pouring top off water into the tank every other day care) and i returned tonight with no problems. this gives me a sense of confidence that i can leave my nano unitended w/out worries:) by the way, my vacation was GREAT! i went to a place called Discovery Cove in Orlando. they have an artificial reef that we snorkeled on which had a ton of fish (some which were commonly found in aquariums like yellow tangs, etc.........). plus we got to swim with dolphins, rays and they had an atrium with a lot of birds. it was great. SLOreefer Posted December 2, 2002 Share Posted December 2, 2002 oh yeah...i was a little more brave than you and left my tank unattended the whole week. noone watching it and no topoff. it went great and no problems....im glad you had a good time as did i other than the fact im now coming down with mono from my good times....ha ha. glad to hear weverything went good for you.
