Want a complete 40g setup in SD Area?

I live in UCSD Area San Diego. I am moving to a 1 bedroom and taking my refugium and main 75g tank. I have a 40 gallon with 4 damsels, a dual bio wheel 2 intakes and a stock aquarium light, and a 90 watt 3 tube 36" in light with 1 power glow, 1 sun glow, and 1 marine glow tube with aluminum reflector. The light is a dual lithonia light fixture, and I added another ballast and fixture for an extra 30w and switch so you can do the dawn & dusk effect. Not to attractive cause I added the light and a aluminum reflector but works good. Everything is about 3 months old. Was to be a hospital tank but haven't had any sick fish. I have all of the receipts. I will also take trade for some live rock.
