Ontario - 32wsmart bulb base

I've just ordered a CSL 32w smart bulb. I can't find a base (4 pin square) in the Hamilton Ontario area. I would appreciate any help that you can offer as to where to buy these in Ontario / Canada.

You can get a 32 watt circline ballast with a 4 pin square socket at Home Depot in MI. I dont know if you have those in Canada. Look at the bigger hardware stores.
