ok along with the previous mystery corals I ended up with 3 baby anenome??? I'm guessing they are anenome because they move around and today I was able to feed them some fish food, they definately have a mouth in the middle of the tenacles. They seem to be VERY healthy, and have doubled size in the last week. They are just a bit bigger than a dime. Seems like anything that grows that quick is usually bad so I'm interested in finding out what they are.

Thanks Again,

Diana

Ps. Sorry the pictures suck but hopefully not too bad

do a search on Aiptasia. ;)

EDIT: anemone Majano Sp. may be another possibility as suggested by TS.

Pretty sure they aren't Aptisia at least not the ones I've had before....these sorta remind me of a cross between a flower anenome and a leather coral.

I think the Majano is a definite possibility although I haven't seen any yellow or green on them.....these are definatly reddish brown.....sigh, I'm still hoping for the best, but it isn't looking good. They are closer to majano than anything else I've seen, but they are behaving and staying on their little rock and not close to anything so I'm going to watch and see what happens

Thanks Again
