Macroalgae identification and ?'s

Need an identification of this kind of algae that was an abundance on some live rock I got and now my 20g refugium is loaded with it. I did some research and found that some macroalgae is toxic????? So is this kind toxic, and how often should I trim it?

Looks like a variety of grape calerpa to me, but can't make it out for sure...(I've got some in my curing tub). Does it have small grape-looking dudes on it?
