Green Carpet Anemone Spurting Red Stuff

I just wanted to know if I should be concerned as my anemone just started spurting out this red/burgundy stuff. I have never seen this before from it and there are all these reddish particles floating around the tank.

 

Is there anything I can do? What is the cause of this?

 

Should I be concerned? Will this affect other corals or livestock?

I think it may be pooping, I seen one doing that at the lfs, if so, not to worry.
