jcandler
thanks everyone for your guys help. Tiger- They appear to be hard but if you push on them a little bit they bend. jmt- I think I would have to adgree with you. I am just surprised because they are about 4-5 inches high. Didn't realize they get that big. I was looking on line and there is still some debate whether they can be good or bad to the reef. Any suggestions? Get rid of them or let them be? Link to comment
jenniebutterfly
i don't know about getting rid of those, but you should kill that aiptasia back there Link to comment
lgreen
possibly just a sponge. i would leave them, they look kind of cool. doubt they are harmful. Link to comment
jcandler
jennie- aiptasia has to go!!! Just haven't gotten around to it. I am graduating college this weekend, so things are a little crazy. But his name is dead after everything settles. Thinking of the injection method, but i need to find a syringe. lgreen- I kind of like them myself as well. I will let them be. Link to comment
jenniebutterfly
get a peppermint shrimp, mine ate the aiptasia on the rock i got from a fellow reefer. get 2 just in case though Link to comment
jmt
They never leave their tube. Unless they're releasing something toxic into a water cloumn, I can't imagine they could be harmful. Just don't let them get this big :woot: : Link to comment
