I see alot of them where you can see the water line and it isn't filled all the way to the top. I was wondering if this was because AG bowfront 7's aren't safe to fill to the top? Link to comment

Dave ESPI Posted November 24, 2002 Share Posted November 24, 2002 IME, best bet is to get a tube of aquarium silicone, and seal the top plastic lip all the way around on the inside so salt leach doesnt occour. ALL the Oceanic tanks have this, but AGA and Perfecto are cheep BassTURDS and dont do it. FWIW, I seal all my tanks now at the top. it makes fer a "better Peace of Mind" when filled. Link to comment
