Alexraptor Posted June 9, 2005 Share Posted June 9, 2005 Well i bought this hermit crab that was sold to me as a Red Hermit, just that its not a red hermit at all, im not shure what it is, atm i cant get any pics because hes a bit shy and hangs on to the rocks but he is yellow and he seems to be hairy all overe his body, the legs seem to have tiny tiny red and green stripes here and there, any idea on what this sucker is? atm hes leaving my fish and corals alone but dunno if hes taken a go at my trochus snail yet(snails are usually at risk with any hermit lol). Alexraptor Posted June 10, 2005 Author Share Posted June 10, 2005 well somone on another board said he thinks its a Red Hermit anyway, found out their not reef safe, but peaceful lol. and i agree, hes peaceful but not reef safe hehe. lil sucker goes nibbliling after algae on my LR and leaves naked spots here and there, but he dosent touch any of my livestock, corals included Link to comment
