jj-flyer
I have an 8 gallon nano that I have had going for about a month with about 10 pounds of liver rock. Everything is going very well, but I have seen a few things that I haven't been able to identify through searching and would like to know if anyone has any ideas what they are. I'm not too worried that they are harmful...just very curious as to what they are. Although, if they are harmful, I'd like to know. The first is what I thought was a plant of some sort, but when I turn of the pump and there is no flow or current, sometimes it thumps, or pulses. It is tan colored with some pink in it. The second is a spidery looking thing about 1/4" across. I have seen 5 or 6 of these. The third is a slug or snail without a shell looking thing. It is white and is 1/4" to 3/8" long. A few days I first found one, but today, I count 6 of them. They are pretty active and crawl on the bottom and on the tank sides. Link to comment
