Chineseghoststory
This eel was not being forced to reside in a curing tank and I didn't say he was. All I said was that he hitched a ride on a piece of LR that I bought. There were some not-for-sale fish in the tank with the LR, whcih I guess is where they keep them at that LFS. I don't know what was wrong with him but he didn't look sick, and yes I am in for some compensation for what I did, though due to the fact that there is some scant chance the owner orf the store may be reading this in a day or two, I am not going to get into that. You are all right though, finder's keeper's. I gave him back becaise I thought it was the best thing to so for the eel, not because I had to but because I didn't. Thanks for all your replies.
