ClarkiiClown
What size Hydor do you need for the 12DX? Will it fit on the exsisting nozzle opening??? Link to comment
trekbear
Well the ones at my LFS are all Small but they work up to 300gph so unless your PH puts out more flow than that the small will work. Infact they are all rated I believe up to 300gph. And too you will have fun cleaning w/ a magfloat. The hydorflo is quite large and some have cut off the ring around it. Look at this thread for info : http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/showthread...&threadid=58149 HTH, Tom Link to comment

ClarkiiClown
Small ones it is then. I dont use a mag float. I use a dobule ended toothbrush. Well sort of. It is actually 2 new toothbrushes taped together. I used a razor blade on one end to shorten the bristles so it is stiffer. Works good for that stubborn algaes.... Link to comment
