channah
I've got a trate level of 10ppm in my 15G. I do a 2G WC every 2-3 days, lightly feed the clowns flake food. What are safe levels for my corals (Hairy mushroom, star polyps, and Soft)? Here is my set-up: 15G Elipse 1 with removed Bio-whell, maxi jet powerhead, 20lbs LR, DSB, Corals listed above, pair of perc. clowns, Coral Banded, feather duster, 10 blue hermts, PC lighting Link to comment
gobies
You're doing a 13% water change more than once a week and you STILL have a nitrate reading?!? Check your source water for nitrates.... Link to comment
channah
The tank is about 8 months old, but I did add LR from my other aquarium and converted it to reef about 1 month ago. Link to comment
reefan
Are you using a R/O unit to filter your water for water changes? Link to comment
channah
I don't have access to RO, but I'm using the tap water filter from Aq. Pharm. I tested the wc water and it has 0 trates Link to comment
