SubZero
Greetings, My tank has been up for almost a month now with no problems at all!!!! I am very pleased with the progress. I am missing one of my blue legged hermits...I can't even find the shell!! That puts me down to 4, with 5 snails. I moved my rock back towards the back of the tank about as far as I could get it, giving me more room up front for display. I didn't notice any problems moving it, in other words nothing was killed in the process. As a result, I found another hitchhiker under the rock on the back side of the tank. A little clam, I suppose it could be in the scallop family, but what do I know...:*( The algae bloom has settled down quite a bit so I can see clearly into the tank again. The polyps that came with my rock seem to be very healthy and look as if they are getting ready to add some members to the colony at the base. I am even noticing the coralline growth. How much longer until I can add some corals? Gotta run, thanks for your time... Mark Here is the little clam.... Link to comment
ross76053
Check your parameters - when they're normal, you can probably start slowly adding stuff. Mushrooms (I love Ricordea) are good for starters. Link to comment
