pulsing xenia

how much does a samll pulsing xenia cost from your experiences? when i say small, i mean something maybe about the 2 inch in diameter and no more then 3 inches in height. how much would a small xenia cost?

Sounds about right. Best way to get xenia is to find a reef club...someone probably has more of it than they want.

trade around, i got mine from satch. they're doing fine despite my best efforts to kill them. X) moved them around a couple of times and rushed their acclimation both times.

I'm still looking for someone local I can trade for...the only LFS near me that has xenia had a tiny non-pulsing frag in the $29.99 tank.

i got a frag of pulsing xenia for $5 from one of the lfs. it was starting to over run one of his tanks. i had to frag mine 2 months later. ended up with 6 frags which i sold to a different lfs for $10 a frag! and that lfs then sold them for ~$30 a frag! :woot:

 

for the pom pom or anthelia (sp?) you most likely be spending upwords of $30 a frag. for the common xenia more than $10 bucks for a weed (hopefully that is what it becomes for you ) is too much.
